RECOURSE DIRECT FACTORING

The company sells its trade receivables from its customers to Credito Fondiario. The Bank takes care of the administrative management of the receivables and pays the consideration for the assigned invoices directly to the company, allowing it to obtain immediate liquidity. The risk of insolvency remains with the assignor.
