MATURITY FACTORING

The Maturity Factoring service is an ancillary service compared to non-recourse or recourse operations, through which Credito Fondiario guarantees the assignor the payment of receivables at the original due date, while at the same time offering the debtor the possibility of obtaining a payment extension beyond the natural due date of the invoices.

TO WHOM IT IS ADDRESSED

  • Small-medium enterprises that need to regularise their cash inflows.

ADVANTAGES

  • Allows the assignor to be able to count on the collection of receivables on a certain, pre-established date.
  • The debtor can benefit from a payment extension.
  • The assignor simplifies the administrative management of receivables.
