Credito Fondiario S.p.A., within the framework of the COVID-19 emergency, has implemented the interventions of the Government and of the ABI Agreements through which support measures have been provided for companies and individuals with performing loans economically affected by the impact of the epidemic on our country.

It contains measures to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including self-employed VAT registered workers, including professionals and sole proprietorships) that self-certify that they have temporarily suffered liquidity shortages as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, including the possibility of requesting the suspension of instalments or leasing fees relating to mortgages and other loans. To access the measures, the request had to be made by the customer, who does not have debt positions classified as impaired exposures, by 31 January 2021.
For companies that already have a “Cura Italia” moratorium in place until 30 June 2021, the “Sostegni-Bis” Law Decree extends the term of the suspension, limited only to the principal amount (where applicable), from 1 July to 31 December 2021 upon notice from the company itself, which can also be sent by email to info@creditofondiario.eu (to be sent by 15 June 2021 specifying in the subject line the customer name and the relationship code for which the extension is requested).
Credito Fondiario will take care of the request and will reply within 10 working days from the receipt of the request.

The deadline for availing of the benefits provided by the Solidarity Fund for mortgages for the purchase of the first home, even if they have been amortised for less than a year, is extended by the “Sostegni-Bis” Law Decree until 31 December 2021.
